1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

  • Minimum delivery time: 7 business days from order confirmation.

Priority Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days from order confirmation.
  • Priority shipping is subject to serviceability.
  • Additional charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once shipped.

Delivery Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations may experience delays.

Delays

  • Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.
  • Meteor India is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, festivals, or government restrictions.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address may not be eligible for refund or reshipment.

2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Return requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only in case of damaged or defective products.
  • Customers must report damage within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear images or videos are mandatory for verification.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

No Refunds For:

  • Size issues
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are available only for size-related issues, subject to stock availability.
  • Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, no refund will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items (except damage at delivery).
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Products returned after the allowed return window.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD availability depends on location and order value.
  • Meteor India reserves the right to accept or decline COD orders.
  • COD orders may require order confirmation via call or message.
  • Failed or refused COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for future orders.

7. Terms & Conditions

  • All product images are for reference only; slight color variations may occur.
  • Meteor India reserves the right to modify prices, policies, and product availability without prior notice.
  • Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or policy abuse may result in order cancellation.

8. Privacy Policy (Basic)

  • Customer information is collected only for order processing and communication.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except delivery partners.
  • All payment transactions are processed securely through trusted gateways.
