1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Any return request made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in case of a damaged or defective product.
  • Customers must report damage within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos as proof.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • No refunds will be provided for:
    • Size-related issues
    • Color variation
    • Change of mind

3. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are available only for size-related issues, subject to stock availability.
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, no refund will be issued.

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged products (unless damaged upon arrival).
